The pillow is made of 100% unbleached cotton poplin, filled with not less than 4 lbs of pillow grade organic buckwheat hulls, and has a nine inch zipper along its end.

This is our most popular pillow. The Medium Deluxe is versatile enough to suite virtually everybody's needs. Those of you who have used large foam or feather pillows in order to attain the height that you want for sleeping may want to purchase the Medium Deluxe buckwheat hull pillow. If you find it is too full just take out stuffing. The Large Deluxe is our largest buckwheat hull sleep pillow. It provides gigantic support for those who like a very high pillow. If you find that the pillow is too big then you can adjust the height and mass of the pillow by taking out buckwheat hulls until it suits your needs. Store the hulls in a dry place to put some back in at a later date. The Sea Swell Large Deluxe is made of 100% unbleached cotton poplin, filled with not less than 8 lbsof pillow grade organic buckwheat hulls and has a 9 inch zipper along its end.
